Having learnt about Haulotte equipment on the road servicing and maintain the equipment, Brad has been the technical expert for all things Haulotte for over 16 years. His knowledge of each machine was sharpened while responsible for technical support, learning to troubleshoot and solve any challenge. Now as the Australian Technical Specialist he utilizes specialised knowledge backed by close relationships with experts around the world to offer the best possible technical expertise to Australia. He is the first to learn about new products and is ready to deliver machine training across Australia.

Terry

With over 17 years in Haulotte Australia alone Terry brings years of expertise in field service and a history of anecdotes in a training experience like no other. Having recently relocated to Tasmania, Terry is dedicated to rolling out the best possible training for Australia, in particular our new online program. As the key expert, Terry is making it easier for regional locations or larger teams to get the access to required training for familiarisation and maintaining your fleet.

Tin

If you have called technical support for Haulotte Australia, then you know Tin. He has been working 11 years for Haulotte ( in Singapore and Australia) with 16 years MEWP hands on experience. He brings a calm head, full of technical information to the team based in Melbourne. Tin spent several years gathering vital skills while providing Technical Support, conducting trainings for the Asia Pacific region when in Singapore and now brings this expertise to Australia. When not answering the phones, Tin’s expert knowledge of Haulotte fleet is used for training your team for the best possible service and maintenance of your fleet.

Jamie

Jamie is based in the Perth service team but is not restricted the metro call outs. He is regularly amongst the red dirt of Karratha, or inland WA servicing Haulotte machines operating in remote communities or mine sites. While on the road, Jamie takes the opportunity to conduct in-person trainings for onsite technicians, so they can diagnose faults and maintain the machine to keep it running at its best.

Hugh

Our Queensland trainer doesn’t just cover the northern states, but regularly visits New Zealand to conduct servicing and training for our customers there. On the road throughout Queensland conducting service calls, he is not only trained to teach about the machines, he also knows them inside and out and the conditions they are being used in.

Euan

For NSW training look no further than Euan. His reputation for quality service proceeds him creating relationships with people along the way. Euan has been working as a service technician on the road for five years so has seen how the machines are being used and can tailor the training to suit the needs of your team.
